The iPhone 11’s speakers are among the best ever made for an iPhone. They are very enjoyable to use, but they won’t work if they stop working. I will show you how to fix your iPhone 11 speaker problem.

One of The Bottom Speakers Doesn’t Work!

The iPhone 11 has one speaker at its bottom edge and one at the center of the screen. The grille located at the Lightning port’s left is not a speaker, but it is a grille.

The barometric vent on the left grille helps your iPhone 11 measure altitude. In each grille is also a microphone.

HOW TO RESET AN IPHONE11 SPEAKER THAT IS NOT WORKING

Make sure you check your ring/silent switch

You can quickly and easily switch your iPhone’s ringer on or off using the Ring/Silent button. Your iPhone will not ring if your switch is turned to silent.

How do I check my ring/silent switch?

  1. Look at the Ring/Silent button, located on the left-hand side of your iPhone.
  2. Your iPhone will be on silent if you see a small orange line. This is because the switch is pulled away.
  3. To turn on your ringer, move the switch to the screen.

Increase iPhone Ringer Volume

Your iPhone might not be ringing even if other sounds are being heard on it. The ringer volume can set separately from other sounds. Your iPhone may be making louder sounds, but your iPhone’s ringtone volume could be set to nothing or very low.

How do I turn the iPhone ringer volume all the way up?

  1. Start the Settings App.
  2. Tap Sounds and Haptics.
  3. To increase your ringer volume, move your finger all the way to your right.
  4. To use the volume buttons on your iPhone’s left side to increase the ringer volume, ensure that the switch next to Change With Buttons has been turned on. The switch will turn green when it turns on.

AirPlay Devices: Disconnect your iPhone

To ensure that your iPhone is not streaming audio through AirPlay devices, disconnect it from them. Sometimes your iPhone will automatically connect to AirPlay devices you have used before.

Why does my iPhone continue to connect to AirPlay devices even after I disconnect it?

  1. You can open Control Center simply by moving your finger up from the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on the AirPlay icon that looks like a TV. If the AirPlay icon appears blue and the name (such as Apple TV), is next to it, you’ll know that your iPhone is connected with an AirPlay device.
  3. Tap Turn off AirPlay Mirroring if you’re connected to an AirPlay device.
  4. You will now be disconnected from AirPlay devices and sound will be streamed through the iPhone speakers.

Disconnect your iPhone from Bluetooth Devices

For diagnosing sound and ringer-related iPhone issues, it is important to turn off Bluetooth. Sometimes, an iPhone may not be playing any sounds. However, it is connected to Bluetooth devices like headphones or external speakers. The sound is being played through the Bluetooth device, not the iPhone. It is easy to get rid of Bluetooth by turning off your iPhone.
